Jeremy, thanks, but it's a completely different thing. "The Founders" was filmed as a web-only series in 2009 and 2010 and it was super. This is a network TV quality documentary "reality" series with a very large budget and is not done by the same team. This one has global TV distribution and is a much deeper look into the program than "The Founders" was.

Yep - close to having a note document to use. We don't use these docs, because we don't have/do "follow on" funding. But yes, they are current to what many investors around the system use. They're also what I use in many of my angel deals outside the TechStars context.

as long as they can dedicate themselves to their startup, they're fully considered

we don't, however, fund "part time" or "side" companies while people are in school since we're investing in the company.
