what you are saying all adds up.

If I would have followed what I was learning about keywords and SEO in the beginning I would not have continued writing posts.
As you say it stifles creativity and makes for awkward workding and uses up a lot of time.

you provided so many great tips in your post.

Wow, if we would practice all of those 12 points we would do really well.
Recently I wrote a review for iPage, which I had meant to write ever since I signed up with them years ago.
The added incentive was that they are giving people credit to do, until end of September, so if you are hosting a blog with them, yay!

I will bookmark your post to read again and share it so more people benefit from it.

Hi Ryan,
great tips.

I also use a version of your saying 'Step away from the computer'.
It is good to have a 'back up plan' of what we can do when the internet is down.

A few month ago some lightening 'fried' our connection to some 'loose contact' so it was on and off for almost 2 weeks.

yes, you are so right, being still is very effective.

Tuning into guidance from Source Energy by meditation or being still has helped me a lot.

Some people may need what is called an active meditation like walking or doing something creative like coloring in a mandala.

Hi Kevin,

great tips on dealing with conflict.
I used to avoid conflict in my younger years. Now I way up how important it is to bring it out in the open.
If it is important enough then I will express my feelings in a way that owns them and listen actively to what the other person has to say .

The Link I shared is about active listening, which is really listening, so the other person feels heard and understood. I think in the fast paced era we live in, active listening has almost become a lost art.
