I guess if I were really interested in living in that area (which I am not, based on that price) I would probably do more research than sit in my car and observe air traffic. My concern would not just be what the planes are doing on one particular day, but what they will be doing in ten years when I want to sell. I also think $350k for 700 sq ft is a bit overpriced (I assume it's worded poorly) and if you want a $350k new build I would look at the homes over on Francis (I think near 15th). I am not an expert but have been casually following the housing market in Longmont for a couple of years and I wouldn't pay $350k for a house I wasn't planning on dying in. It seems like they barely retain their value and sometimes are selling for less than purchased, even if you are looking in the $200k range.

You're right, I bet they were all pretty worried about getting a $100 ticket, way more than the possibility of being shot or trampled.

Did something change in the way that medical marijuana cards are distributed? I thought that doctors wrote/signed recommendations, not gave out cards. Were they handing out forged cards?

Actually, for many women, birth control does prevent a condition that could be financially devastating. Birth control is the only treatment used for several reproductive disorders including PCOS and endometriosis - both of which can result in very expensive surgeries and years of pain for women. Being on hormonal birth control helps treat both so that surgery can be avoided.
