I agree after looking at the address on Massachusetts Avenue that it could be there. Also, I agree that it could not be Chicago as the UO in 2011 was there previously and it was a beauty. It doesn't have the feel after examining the clues of being San Diego either. Good guess to you.

Good point Eugenia about skiers. However, on this house there could be BOATERS! And swimmers! Good for people of all ages!
I simply love the color palate of this entire home. Never have I seen a laundry room like that one equipped for storage, relaxation, the terrain (swim suits & towels to hang), a handwashing sink, undercounter washer and dryer, and a separate entryway from the outdoor. From the pool area, one can come in from outdoors and not bring in water or sand, then go directly into the laundry area to take off the swimsuits before entry into the home. Ingenuous design, floorplan, beautiful (outstanding) kitchen. I am so excited to see who wins this extraordinary home! Good luck to ALL!
I am so excited to see this home with all it's gadgets, and how a home can be more effecient and practical using automated systems! Florida is a wonderful place for its location as well. Wonderful!

Great ideas Linda for creating visual effects and love the powder room tile color scheme. The crate idea also lends to the farmhouse feel and to tying everything together with a fun theme.
