The last time I dealt with Sponsored Tweets, I had one advertiser who decided that my grammar and spelling were too poor, even though they wanted more information in the tweet than could be stated in 140 characters without truncating spelling, and then I had four offers at once that literally expired an hour after I received the DMs for them. I never even had a chance as they came in at 4am and were expired at 5am the same day. I complained, but heard nothing back.

I never bothered with the Pro version because of this. Frankly, I do not follow enough people to make it worth my while. I have never even been able to take any of the CPC opportunities there. To me, Sponsored Tweets is just a waste of time.

Oh you mean they finally did it? They've been saying for a couple of years that they were going to shut it down, then they revamped it instead. It doesn't surprise me they are getting rid of it though, that seems to be Yahoo!'s M.O., they buy it out and close it down.

To be honest, I am highly guilty of letting my blogs languish while I am on vacation. I should definitely have followed a plan and had some scheduled posts ready for The Blogging Addict but I ended up not doing so. :/

I have to say that for the most part, I use Twitter and Facebook for social networking for my business. I see the most returns and interaction from my Facebook page, but even that has not really brought in the customer base or sales that I have been hoping for. I believe that perhaps I am simply not using social networking to my fullest advantage in that respect.

I try to leave a comment whenever I read a blog, but on occasion it just happens that I don't have anything to say about that particular subject. I will admit, I have had times when I have started a comment and then decided not to leave it because the comment sounds rude, harsh, or not as I intended. I do not want to leave a comment that will offend someone.

I'm just curious, but which carrier has this phone? I know Verizon just rolled out a new "Droid" model, but the Defy is one I haven't heard of. Knowing my luck it is probably T-Mobile (which we do not have here) or AT&T (who after working for them, I would not want).

I am glad that you reviewed this plugin as I had never thought to actually have a "mobile" version of any of my blogs. I do not use a "smart phone" and although my phone is capable of browsing the web, I do not have subscribe to internet access on my phone. I have implemented the plugin on one of my blogs and will see if I get any feedback from readers who might be accessing the blog from their phone.

I have participated twice in NaNoWriMo, but I have yet to complete it. I will not be participating this year as I do not currently have any ideas for a novel or non-fiction work. However, I can not wait to read your white paper.

I was previously using Blogger for my business blog as the majority of my friends from Etsy also use Blogger, but had my domain pointing to a hosting account with a separate site on it. I recently moved from Blogger to a subdomain for the blog and a self-hosted WordPress installation simply due to the fact that the business blog was my only non-WordPress blog.

It is not that I do not like Blogger, but that at times editing the templates can be a daunting task. I learned how to do a few of the things I already knew how to do with WordPress themes but it took a lot of trial and error. Blogger has far too much proprietary code that you have to use when creating a new template for Blogger blogs, while you can pretty much use straight HTML and CSS coding for WordPress themes.

I truly do think that WordPress is the best way to go.

Myself, I probably would not use this plugin as the site stats that I have show that most of my users are either Firefox or Chrome users and few if any of the visitors are coming from non-English speaking countries. Chrome automatically asks users if they want to translate the page if it is not written in whatever the browser settings have for the default language. Firefox has an add-on that can be installed to translate pages as well.

If I had more stats showing IE users or non-English speaking countries, I might try using the plugin though.
