three miles is brilliant. i'm trying to build up to regular 5 mile runs but i'm failing miserably at the moment! x

i love running in the cold - its running on warm days i can't do. too hot!

... how about the sound of my bum hitting the floor as i rounded a corner too fast ... did you hear that too? xxx

the problem is ... i can smell the bread, and can't stop eating it! x

so true! did two loaves; olive oil and sea salt loaf & cheese loaf x

it's just doing its thing in the oven at the moment! x
