To change.gov your auto-validation in the comments needs improvement!

I posted my complete post here so it doesn't have to be read it four parts two of which got deleted by the auto-validation on this site.

Part 4
The problem with creating a religious exemption to ENDA is this action propagates to people vastly beyond the OU community and they view this as an acceptable way to treat my friend. If ENDA is passed with a religious exemption even though there is no statutory justification for discrimination in most places it sends a message that this is still an acceptable way to treat employees or potential employees except just in more subtle ways.

Part 3
What is praying at the Kotel without the very elderly “Frumster” next to me? I hope to never find out. To me legislating he does not have an equal right to employment is like saying G-d made a mistake when he created my friend. To say it should be legal to discriminate against him b/c he will likely never fit into,"G-d calling his name Odom" is lashon hara and like killing him b/c you are killing his self esteem. While he likely will never continue a biological family of his own I believe what he contributes to the greater community clearly justifies an equal right to employment without exception.

My friend was recently fired from a job for what we suspect was his employer suspecting he was gay. Ironically, they were Iranian immigrants. He got another job and is taking a "straight" woman to his company Christmas party this year b/c he is paranoid about losing his job again. He has a house payment and an elderly mother.
