I agree. I didn't say anything was wrong with him getting a lawyer. I was just responding to the person above who said he'd better lawyer up.

Lindsey went missing after he was seen at the store (last reported sighting was about 9:30pm)

I have been active in the searches for Lindsey since August of 2009.
I don't know how much information LE wants put out to the public so I'm just going to say there is more to this than him "forgetting" he was at Mikes Market that night.

He may very well be innocent but he may be guilty too... I guess only time will tell.

He was asked sooner than 4 months after this happened where he was.

Finally some info!

Been waiting a very long time to know that they were actually investigating this individual. Since the searches in October we've heard nothing. I have to wonder if some evidence was found during those searches.

He lawyered up back in October when they searched his business and residence.

I know this girl personally and the article has her age incorrect. She's 16 and will turn 17 in just a few months.

There comes a time when we as parents have to let our children spread their wings. This girl is smart and level headed and knew what to do in this case. Had she not done the correct thing we would be commenting on a missing person article instead of a story about something positive.

It was June 26, 2009 at about 9:15 pm that she left her friends house. Today is June 24th, and my clock is showing 8:50 pm. Wait a half hour and see how light it is outside and that will let you know about how "dark" it was that night.

She was about (give or take a minute or two) 5 minutes from her home. The street she had to walk down is wide, well lit (not that it mattered since it was still light out) and led straight to her house.

The Facebook incident was not done by Melissa, she rarely does anything with that page. She doesn't have internet access from home and doesn't have time to be online much.

The regular admin of the Facebook page was hospitalized early last week and the temp admin (who is a little over ambitious at times) is the one who was doing the posting. HER opinions are her own and she's been asked to refrain from posting them using the Find Lindsey Baum user name or at least to make it clear that it's her and not the Find Lindsey Baum group who is stating it.
