Here's a few I go by myself.
She likes to drink and/or smoke - I hate alcohol and smoking and I'm not sticking around it.
She likes to be ghetto/hood rat - I like my women classy, not trashy, crazy, or loud.
She's stay trifling - She doesn't like to wash her hair or get a pedi or mani once in a while.
I think I'm kinda picky too. It's just that I want a woman my type. Either you my type or not is how I roll.
