It's intertesting that enough time has passed that Character Options has yet to remedy how clunky the Ninth Doctor figure looks with that cut-neck. Perhaps it's a necessary evil as Eccleston was the only Doctor to not wear anything requiring a collar or scarf, but this is probably where CO can make that giant leap into ball-joints for their heads. And considering the high level of sculpt that CO can do, it can look very natural (I keep looking at my Infinite Crisis Power Girl figure and how her ball joint is proably the best I've ever seen for a six-inch figure).

I hope that whenever CO starts making companions for the Classics, that they start off with Ace...that body they have for Amy Pond would make a great reuse if they were wanting to save a bit of money

Personally I use the DCUC 4 Mullet Superman for my display (as that is the Superman I grew up with for most of the 90s) but I always welcome Superman in a different color scheme, since he was colored and penciled differently by so many people.

With that said, I like the look of this one for the uniform colors, his paint scheme for the skin needs to be changed because right now, that's the only flaw with the figure I can see. Something a little brighter, preferably the new flesh colors they used on the Movie Masters Bruce Wayne.
