mikefoxtrot: The President thinks nothing of sending out emails with curse words in them... to his supporters! What should I conclude, then, and how should I respond? He has embarrassed the country with his lack of manners and has failed to be hospitable to visiting dignitaries who represent our allies. In my neck of the woods, we cling to our guns and religion and we call ill-bred, ill-mannered persons, "trailer trash." It may not be polite, but it's accurate. I feel no compunction about responding in kind, as he has insulted me several times... on the basis of my skin color, my region of the country, my religion, my political affiliations and my way of life. He reaps nothing other than what he himself has sown.

The first indication that trailer trash had landed in the White House may have been in the first months of this administration, when the White House neglected to hold the customary state dinner and full press conference during a state visit of the British Prime Minister. Who could forget that when Gordon Brown gave Mr. Obama a penholder made from the wood of a ship that had fought against the slave trade, Obama gave him in return a collection of Hollywood DVDs that anyone could pick up at the nearest Wal-Mart?

Dignity? This president can't have lost it. He never had it in the first place.

There is another way to go at this problem as well. In some places - which shall remain anonymous for fear of Eric Holder's DOJ - folks are cross-referencing lists of registered voters with those who have claimed an exemption from jury duty on the basis of non-citizenship.

Every time elections roll around, it's absolutely mind-boggling that the problems experienced in the previous election have still not been resolved. Citizens need to pay much more attention to the office of Secretary of State wherever they live. Unfortunately, George Soros figured that out before anyone else. http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/printgroupProf...

Ben-Gurion was pretty "significant" alright, firing on the Altalena and killing fellow Jews at the birth of the country. Let's hope and pray that Bibi's significance differs greatly, and that he follows Herzl, Jabotinsky and Begin... not B-G.

WSJ 4/29: "Arch Coal and Alpha Natural Resources Face Lower Demand"

WSJ: 5/3: "Alpha Natural Resources... 1Q Loss, Cuts Shipment"

First the EPA makes it impossible for coal-fired power plants to meet the requirements of new regulations. Most older, smaller plants are forced to shut down (and I've heard it's required that they be DEMOLISHED in such cases - don't know if that's true). Then, surprise! surprise! The coal mining companies that were supplying those plants are faced with diminished demand for their coal. They cut back production, more coal miners lose their jobs.

VOILA! In the WV Democrat primary, federal inmate Keith Judd beats Obama in what, ten counties? Mostly in the southern coalfields of the state. (A potted plant would have done the same.) This administration is an energy disaster. And as we say here in WV, we may be dumb but we're not stupid!
