The BB can only be upgraded during the restore process. A Jailbreak tool will never update your BB unless you specifically check something such as "install iPad BB" while creating custom FW which of course no one should ever really do unless absolutely necessary.

I want to run the latest version of Rs - 'making sure to de-select “Install Cydia” '- O.K. I remember exactly where this checkbox was in older versions of Redsn0w but it is not appearing on the latest version 0.9.10b2. What screen is this on? Not in extras or preferences and certainly not on the first screen after you click "Jailbreak"... Am I dumbly overlooking it somewhere?
