I've always had troubles with expressing myself, spending money, and having a healthy relationship with friends, while in actuality, I'm an artist (I should kinda be "good" at expressing myself), Have all the money I "need", and of course, have amazing friends.

I'm already in the state of being in practically all areas of my life, but I feel the prgoress is bit too slow. I just need to accelerate them and get them going to match my inner or, say, actual frequencies. This was one awesome video Paul, thank so much for sharing :) !!! Can't wait to watch the rest :)

Love #1 and #5 :D.. Haven't tried #1, but #5 is what I do every time I find myself lost. I'd try #1 tomo with my boyfriend if we can afford the time ;)

This is beyond spooky!!!!! Best part was when the womans voice came closer to my right ears, I actually felt as if someone was leaning over my shoulders.. i felt the warmth..!! THis is amazing..!! :D

Thanks so much Vishen for these amazing tips. I haven't tried writing a journal as you mentioned, but I'm gonna work on it right away. And I can't wait for the call with Kristin and David Morelli, I'm sure its gonna be amazing. When I fought my way to this state of flow ;) , I realized it was often those limiting beliefs inside me that had crippled me from making progress. Though I'm in the state of flow, I could use a lil reminder ;) we all need that, dont we? :)
