I love simple labels and would love to have my own but have never put thought into what that would be. Vino Luci is Italian for wine light so think it imperative to give that feeling of light/sparkle that the name implies!

I know exactly how you feel about making complicated dishes...it's one of the things that makes cooking interesting for me. However...in this case and at this time, I'm recuperating from a serious leg injury and cooking and maintaining my blog has been very difficult so I was delighted to see something that would not require I stand on my feet (well, foot!) for too long.

I substituted for the dish as well; using strawberries instead of blackberries and was happy to have something so versatile to add to my recipe repertoire that is not only easy...delicious too!
