"Now, if this was a wish list for something they were supporting? Like food for a food bank donation, clothes for the less fortunate, toys for a toys for tots donation - sure. I'd more likely 'support' them that way even if I didn't agree with what they're doing."
Meaning: If you're doing stuff to support things, I'd say 'good for you' and would probably even go out of my way to support your donation. - How is this bad? Do I have to list for you everything I've said? I guess so. Here:
- I really hope it's all peaceful too!
- I will support their right to protest as long as they don't start breaking laws.
- I certainly hope [the plan of action] is followed.
- I sincerely hope there is a peaceful, clean protest. I hope no one is injured and that there will be no arrests, vandalizing, abuse, or any of that.
- ... I support the right of the OWS people to gather and protest. It's their right. It's everybody's right.
I've been up front - just because I don't agree with the OWS in whole, doesn't mean I can't hope for their best. Again. Your "argument" isn't an argument. You're just pissed that I'm not a part of your little "group" and don't agree with the "wish list".

And then I went on and expressed that if they don't want trouble, to not start breaking laws which - from association, that is what other protests have led to which is what I would NOT want to see here. That is not
"I am saying this will happen" this is me saying PLEASE don't let others do this. I do not understand, Mr. Knieval, how you have made that jump without your own per-conceived bias and prejudices towards me. I then continue with other concerns I have from what else I have seen. It is in no way a judgement or conclusion drawing. It is a concern. It is a VALID concern. Saying "Respect the grounds you're camping on and please, please, PLEASE clean up after yourselves!" is not "immediately jump[ing] to the conclusion that they wouldn't clean up after themselves". Last I checked "please" is "used as a polite addition to requests" - Request =/= Condemn.
And please stop with the condescending attitude. I know what words I have used. Here. You may want to read up on this: http://www.cracked.com/article_19468_5-logical-fa... - especially #3.

Condemnation would be me plugging my fingers in my ears while shouting 'lalalalalala' at everything you said and holding fast to the belief that 'no matter what you say, X, Y and Z will happen because I just know beyond a shadow of a doubt because they are all punks and idiots.' - that, Wordsmith, is condemnation. I believe the con- word you are really looking for is 'concern'. I am concerned for the 'others' that you've already dismissed as 'not being part of us' but also being 'not concerned' of what 'not us' might do.

They can say they're going to do X, Y and Z, but until it's actually DONE is another thing. Again, I'm not expecting anything, I'm giving a hint as to what to watch out for. In the past, and from what others can see now from other 'occupiers', things like this lead to large messes. IF one WISHES to make a good impression, one may want to take an ACTIVE ROLE in MAKING SURE that a mess is NOT left behind. This means for EVERYONE - INCLUDING those who are not supported by the OWS movement. That means manning up and taking responsibility where others may lack. You may be able to speak for yourself. You may have all the most wonderful greatest intentions, but that doesn't mean everyone there will have your same mindset.
I honestly have no clue how to put it in any more plain English. I'm not pre-condemning anyone. I sincerely hope there is a peaceful, clean protest. I hope no one is injured and that there will be no arrests, vandalizing, abuse, or any of that. So please stop trying to spin what I say into some sort of an attack. I'm not. I'm asking that people keep an eye out on each other and really put an effort into making sure people 1) are peaceful 2) have respect 3) clean up after themselves. That's not saying they are not 1, 2, and 3 - that's saying "please make sure 1, 2, and 3 are followed." It's called being prepared. Hoping for the best but being ready for the worst JUST IN CASE. It's not a horrible thing - it's a smart thing to do especially with a large crowd of people. I don't know why anyone would be against that.

And the last time I checked, cities have workers who clean up streets and public properties. Theoretically if a mess is made - these people will have to clean it up. If "occupy" wishes to make a good impression, they should clean up after themselves.

And if they don't want any trouble - don't start breaking laws. Respect the grounds you're camping on and please, please, PLEASE clean up after yourselves! I really hope it's all peaceful too!
