Alcatel-Lucent doesn't have a good record of acquiring companies and integrating them well. Their track record of acquired doing well is pathetic.

Hence not sure if this really is going to work out well ultimately.

They are also known to pay ex-orbitant prices for the acquired companies.

Things are already began to change. There is a lot of Startup activity happening in Bangalore these days.

We will see a few excellent Startups come out of their garages pretty soon .i.e.,making the right noises soon.

As someone mentioned earlier all we need is one Success story and many more Startups will begin to start spreading their wings.
