Please be careful, Isaiah, as Brett Kimberlin has gone after very strong Liberals, one an alleged Socialist (an allegation Aaron Worthing will not argue against), while Aaron Worthing gave a little bit of legal aid to the alleged Socialist as Kimberlin was maliciously attacking the alleged Socialist in court. Brett Kimberlin will go after anyone maliciously, and not just Conservatives. Anyone.

As Aaron Worthing and others have stated, loudly and clearly, this is not a Right v Left thing but rather a Right v Wrong thing. Many people believe Kimberlin's Liberalism is only a political philosophy of easiest personal gain for Kimberlin, and that Kimberlin isn't actually a political person deep down at all. And I won't disagree.

"TBD" is my blog, Truth Before Dishonor, which you listed; thus, my thanks as I posted above. Hope that clears it up for ya.

Thanks for noting TBD as a member of the group of cajones-laden bloggers. I have republished -- with permission -- over 20 Patterico articles, and 1 Stranahan article, and I have sought and received permission from Aaron Worthing (Walker) to republish his Kimberlin articles as well. I hope to do so in the near future, if I don't get too lazy (which is a very clear possibility on my part). I will be linking this article very shortly as it has provided page views for TBD, and I am hoping I can get the same permissions from here that I got from Patterico and Aaron. If you read the comment section of the Stranahan article I republished, you will understand my reasoning. Also read my "permissions declaration" link.

Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin all demanded "retraction or reveal your source". They have called that "article" for what it is--a hit piece and a pack of lies. So have sitting politicians and heads of various political groups, with their names attached and not anonymously.

Politico's "name" is dirt. But what do you expect from a site that is bullying College Politico via threats of lawsuits for using the word "politico" in his blog name? Several sites have boycotted Politico (refuse to link them) because of that stank, and until this latest piece of lying bovine biproduct, I even refused to travel to the site, much less link to it.

Sweet, the convicted terrorist bomber perjurer who likes underage kids has threatened to sue Patterico. I hope he does. Those anti-SLAPP laws are a pain in the wallet.

It's a bit difficult to lay out specifics in a 30-second ad. And this is only one ad. I'm sure he's not going to have just the one ad.

"Is my money I can spend it wherever I want."

That is not a liberal position. It's the government's money, they just let you have a little allowance (what's left over after they tax you and everything you buy or sell to death). You really need to get to work on your liberal crackbooks.
