I grew up in an ultra-conservative church. There have been many things I was taught as a boy, that I later found out were just traditional beliefs.

Over time I'm had to be more open-minded to what the bible says, not what I've "been told" the bible says.

And, as I continue to grow and study, I still run across thing that I think, "How did I miss that the first time?"
