Yeah, it's pretty much normal for Denver this time of year too. Still, I'd exchange some of the low temps for those cities for our high temps right now.

Yeah that sucks. But the weather gods still hate us. The 10 day map shows the same upper trough over us that has been there the past 6 months or so. Give me a break!

I know it's a little lame to split it right down the middle, but I'm going to do it anyway. I have found that youth need a good mix of both peer-only times as well as intergenerational opportunities. Too much of just one way or the other leads to ineffective or unhealthy ministry. But I think you are right to lay the onus on us to seek out more intergenerational opportunities, because in a lot of medium to larger churches, that's the emphasis that's missing.
