Well you can be my old culinary sister. I am also 31 and am starting at Le Cordon Bleu Jan 3rd. I have no interest in being abused and beaten in a starred kitchen. Not everybody goes to culinary school for the same thing. I want to work for myself, at my own pace. I don't want to mass produce, but I'd still liked to be trained. Good luck. Can't wait to hear about your experience.

I had no idea this forum would be so unbalanced. Thanks to all who spoke out against the cops actions. It seems more of a forum to be racist, and uninformed. Using words like ghetto and bitches referring to young girls is embarrassing to hear. Saying they deserved it. They are kids. Kids have jaywalked since jaywalking existed. And all races jaywalk. Not all races get punched in the face as they are getting a ticket for it. If the cop felt threatened he should have called for back up. He didn't have control of the situation, physically or verbally. Why is he getting kudos for being a mediocre cop. The difference between this situation and any other jaywalking stop is that he thought the best decision was to punch a young girl in the face, not subdue her, or cuff her, which is a pretty basic operating procedure. And if you think it would be different with a white person, show me, if you can find a white person getting assaulted by the police.

Your kebabs look perfect. Veggies can be a challenge on the grill sometimes. Too dark, not dark enough. Too mushy, raw.
