I am not writing a Christmas card/letter or even a limerick this year.

I am growing a human being instead.

I figured that would be my contribution this year. (Although it does make me feel much, much better that TM is running late. {insert evil chuckle})

Oh hang in there friend. We all know what that kind of battle feels like. And how many rounds we can go with bitterness. I wrote a post called "Some days I feel covered in ick" a while back and I wasn't talking about puke or diarrhea (for a change) :)

Yes, me too on the too little time to many amazing people to catch up with!! What I wouldn't give for a few deep chairs, cups of sweet tea and hours of conversation with you, Linds! Your life fascinates me and I'd love to explore it with you as a tour guide.

I had no idea, Amanda! We ditched ours a few years ago and I agree - it's liberating not to have a TV schedule driving one's agenda in the evenings. Don't get me wrong, though, Hulu is a nice lifeline. But we've also found we just aren't disciplined enough to have it and then not have it on.

Love hearing your thoughts on this one - and I've called the mammoth TV that my in-laws have "The Idol" for years :) Bet it could get together with your Precious and live happily ever after :)
