I certainly understand the need to control spam, having run a few Wordpress sites myself, but since there is a contact form under new blog request, are you allowing any signups at all?

I was hoping to get a new blog, and sent a message via the contact form a couple of days ago, but I didn't know if even manual signups are disabled for now.
