Yeesh, can I get some copy editing up in here? The correct usage is "brake", not "break", referring to the mechanism by which you stop or slow down a vehicle.

The punch was probably unnecessary but not as overboard as some people think.

Meanwhile this also would have been a lot less of a fiasco if that cop was better trained on how to restrain people without so much fucking drama, physical or otherwise. There are probably middle schoolers in Seattle who could've put that chick in cuffs more easily than that dude did.

Aren't you going to be surrounded by military personnel? Even if it's really informal stuff I'm sure you're gonna learn at least a little hand-to-hand stuff. More if you actively seek it out.
