I know that he did not, He used it as normally as you possibly could, without any fun. I can not even downgrade, I get the error saying i'm not allowed, WEll, its a really good ipod touch for now.

If i have an iphone 3gs NOT jailbroken and NOT unlocked. Can i upgrade to iOS4 and do both? If so, what is the Best method to do so. (I suppose using ultrasn0w for the unlock)
