I am with you completely. Jaina drives me mad! And I have dim memories of her being pretty useful/sensible in Warcraft 3 which makes the WoW incarnation of her even worse. Of course, I could simply be playing the selective memory game when it comes to Warcraft 3... it's been a while.

Some people are just genuinely oblivious though - you might need to spell it out a bit more explicitly to those. I will share a shameful tale to illustrate... I once - many many moons ago - got someone to make me an engineering something or other. We met, I handed over the mats and she started to work. I then asked about her fee and she said there was no fee. I happily wandered off a little later thinking how nice she was, and it took me about 3 months (yes, MONTHS) to realise she was probably looking for a tip. You post has renewed my shame.
