Hi Adam, that's a very astute point you bring up regarding humility in leadership. And the example you mention provides a great example for why this is so critical to our ability to succeed.

When we're focused on our technical competencies in order to become a leader our field, it's natural for the achievements we attain to be a reflection of our own efforts and talents. However, when we shift towards leading others, the achievements are no longer ours alone, but the result of the collaborative efforts and contributions made by those we lead.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this, Adam; appreciate it. Thanks also for catching the typo. Surprised I hadn't noticed that!

It is unfortunate to see that there are still people who think aggression is emblematic of great leadership. But this is why we must continue to educate, inform, and raise expectations for what we need and demand from those who pursue leadership positions.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on my piece, Cathy. Appreciate it.

I agree with you, David, that it is odd that CFO's would rank integrity 30 percentage points lower than employees, when almost every other attribute is off by around 5-10 points. Would be interesting to drill down into the data more to see what's behind that.

In any case, glad you enjoyed it, David. A timely reminder for sure.
