I had heart palpitations a few years ago. Even fainted once. I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours and it came back that I have a PVC beat. Sometimes my heart misfires--instead of going top first, it will got bottom first. There are two types of this: a really bad kind and the other. I have the other. I was told to mediate, do yoga, cut out caffeine--because it results from stress. I've got it under control, although I've started drinking iced tea again. I take lexapro to help with some anxiety symptoms.

I'm not saying you have this, but it might be a possibility. My EKG and echo all came back fine, too.

There also is some controversy with the thyroid numbers. You might research that. Some people think they should be more individualized than they are.

I went through a volunteer phase when Aaron was in kindergarten. That quickly ended when not one position I volunteered for was run in a logical way. I spent entirely too much time sitting around waiting for someone to fix their screw up waiting for my job to even begin!

I seriously think parents shouldn't be involved in school so much. It puts a lot of pressure on parents. Teachers favor the kids of the volunteers. Plus, don't our kids get sick of seeing us?!

Just my two cents...

Thanks for the promo! You raise great points about school! My twins are a shining example. Pushed through school, given chance after chance to do work, and now struggling to get their grades up during their senior year for scholarships! If someone had held them accountable years ago, maybe they'd have even more opportunities!
