Yes, if someone uses a human shield and you know ahead of time that firing on them will definitely kill innocent civilians, and you fire anyway, you are 100% at fault and to blame. Period. If Israel really wanted to stop Hamas, theyd attack their strongholds, their bases, their supply lines and military installations. But instead they wait for them to enter heavily populated civilian areas. Then and only then do the Israelis fire, and knowingly kill civilians. The only conclusion is that their goal is not actual military victory, their goal is terror. Israel is LITERALLY committing an act of terrorism every single time it fires a single bullet or missile into a civilian populated area.

And of course youll fire back with "but HAMAS is doing X"....think about what youre doing. Youre putting the government of Israel on the same level as Hamas. Youre saying that its ok to engage in terrorism, because other people did it first. That is a child's mentality. Grow up.

The creation of Israel, from land already owned and lived in by others, was itself an invasion. You cant just annex other peoples land and declare it your own.
