They are not designed to be worn playing soccer, they feature a design influenced by a famous soccer cleat.

It is definitely a good deal, but then again it depends on how you find the fit. I\'d rather go with the newer model than this version.

If you can save up, or find the MIJ at a good price, that is definitely the way to go! KL are a good option if you are in need of a pair of boots now.

They represent the tiers and price point they fall into. For example, the #1 is the elite level version, the #2 is the match level, #3 is the rec level, and the #4 is a very basic entry level. Stick with the 5.1 and 5.2 if you want a good performing boot.

Anne, I'd offer the same advice as I shared with Erin : "What you might want to consider is getting some sort of running shoe that has extra cushion in the heel, or an adidas shoe that has Ultra Boost in the sole. You are giving up on the upper performance, but it would provide him with a lot more comfort. I'd take that (and allowing him to play) over having a soccer specific shoe."

Indoor is a tough one, the hard surface puts more pressure on the heel and can obviously cause more discomfort than playing on a natural grass surface. And, indoor soccer shoes in general are thinner/closer to the ground. What you might want to consider is getting some sort of running shoe that has extra cushion in the heel, or an adidas shoe that has Ultra Boost in the sole. You are giving up on the upper performance, but it would provide him with a lot more comfort. I'd take that (and allowing him to play) over having a soccer specific shoe.
