Until such time as the victims are willing to come forward and the local law enforcement is willing to arrest and prosecute, this is going to continue to happen.

In short, not soon.

The left in this country have been taught for at least the last forty years that rules are for the other guy and that the ends justify the means. Fearful victims and law enforcement have aided and abetted this feeling, making it true.

We have entered a world analagous to 1933 Germany. God help us all.

I always enjoy learning something and this article was an eye-opener. Though a retired lawyer, I had to my memory, never focused, or possibly even read, the 17th amendment. The background quotes were also informative.

While I'd like to delve further into why the 17th amendment came about before I jump on this particular bandwagon, the article is certainly something to think about.

They didn't teach you at Columbia (I was there with you), but the so-called Palestinians like to use houses and schools as places to hide rockets and bombs, snipers and sappers. Every dollar you give them is a dollar spent to kill an Israeli.

I'm buying her book today for myself and for my father for fathers' day.

And, for the thousandth time in three years I thank God I made the decision to leave California and New York. Not only is there any real diversity of opinion in those cities, but diversity of opinion is seldom tolerated.
