you can use one of WOW's flights to get you to London as a stopover for going further into Europe and then take advantage of "local" locost airlines. London is a great place to stopover too - I recently wrote an article with information on what West End musicals are easily accessible from each London airport. If you fancy seeing Wicked or The Phantom of the Opera, I'd be honoured if you checked it out at http://blog.theatrebreaks.co.uk/a-london-stop-off...

I'm so glad the kids thought London was cool! It really is a great family destination! I've been involved in promoting London for all my life and I just count myself lucky to be involved in something I love. Great to hear about the Family Travel Association too: great work!

I agree - it's really important to keep this balance right - you will not reach retirement and say "I wish I spent more time on the road" but you will reach rtirement wishing you'd spent more time with your family!

Now Charlotte Elizabeth Diana has been born, William and Kate have moved to a house on the Sandringham Estate so that William can be close to his job. This also means that Kensington Palace in London is now open for visitors: http://www.royalbreaks.co.uk/royal_breaks_london_...
