Susan, if you want people to consider using your services you should fully disclose the company, physical address, set up website, etc. They need to be able to verify your existence as a legitimate business and credibility. Otherwise this propagates the image of shady business in Africa.

We don't advise people contact those who are not willing to do this.

The PACCI is an African continental body. The Charlotte Africa Initiative is working with them directly. At this point, we are not aware of them planning branches for the US. You would need to come to the conference or travel with us to another meeting being held in South Africa in July.

eric, I am not sure of your question actually. The best source of information though is the local government agency that registers companies - http://www.moti.gov.gh/. You can also check the most current data on registering a business in ghana from doingbusiness.org as that is the source of this document.

We couldn't respond to that but you can check with the Uganda Investment Promotion agency if you are a foreigner and they should be able to assist you.
