First of all, I understood exactly what you said. The problem lies in the fact that you cannot convey your thoughts very clearly in writing.

On this page alone, you have used at least TWENTY SIX exclamation points and ZERO periods. Not only does that make it appear you have the education of 6th grader but it makes it very hard for those who actually has an education to read your comments and understand the messages you are trying to get others to understand.

I suggest you take your time, read each comment you are replying to at least twice as well as what you've written before hitting Submit Comment.
Also, tone it down and learn how to use proper punctuation if you wish other to "understand what you're saying!"

From the 6th Amendment:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;

to be confronted with the witnesses against him; <--

to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Not disagreeing with the concept, just pointing out what you asked. =)
