Every online business want and need to know more about his "customers" but most of the times "customers" are social engagement that translate into unique page views, rss/newsletter subscribers, or twitter followers that spread your world.
I think that the big win will be to find the target market who is ready to pay for such a service, since with the great progress of FB connect, or Latitude its still for consumer...
