great post, The consolidation of customers for a business based on their location habits, FB profile, Twitter profile, product feedbacks and on going interaction with the business like email and blog comments is calling our for a solution that will put all of the engagement in context.

Every online business want and need to know more about his "customers" but most of the times "customers" are social engagement that translate into unique page views, rss/newsletter subscribers, or twitter followers that spread your world.

I think that the big win will be to find the target market who is ready to pay for such a service, since with the great progress of FB connect, or Latitude its still for consumer...
