Questions for reporters to ask:

1) What set off Etheridge? He seemed to react to the question, "Do you fully support Obama's agenda?" Are there any specific reasons why this question would illicit such a determined response?

2) Does he actually have a right to know who's asking him questions? Where is that right established?

Because many people, including those in office, do not understand the purpose of the Constitution. They judge right and wrong on what feels good at the moment.
