I doubled the recipe and used 2% milk and white cheddar. It was easy to make and pretty tasty, though still not as good as my usual mac and cheese recipe (but that one is a lot more complicated!). And now, if you'll excuse me, I think I feel a carb crash coming. ;)

Ooh, I've done this, and it really does help! Except... if you don't replace your computer/wires for a while, check the bread tags every now and then to see if the ink is fading. Some of my tags have faded so much I can't read them, which defeats the purpose. ;b
