Ahh this seems to be the manga of the week to review. Like Cindy I had trouble trying to read the PDF and haven't had a chance to try and argue with it again. I'm glad to see the opposite opinions and know that I might have to try this once it hits print.

Ohhhh I've only had a few moments to try GW2 during the betas and you can bet I'm excited to get to some of this stuff. I want to see a castle in the sky! I'm super happy as well to be able to try out my tree hugging ranger. ;)

I think I wanted to strangle Henry throughout most of the book, but it's done so well! We're so far into Kate's mind that we really can't see anything else but what she does - and from her eyes Henry is so.. cold in this book that's it's despair 24/7. Tugging at my headstrings is almost an understatement. :( Aside from that, I like that the overarching plot definitely evolves in this book - we see more of the characters that had only been briefly mentioned before. Ingrid is definitely a lot of fun - I hope we see far more of her in the next book.

I liked Everneath a LOT, and I got stuck in that cycle of Love/Hate with Cole too. I feel like I never hated him as much as I was supposed to since I'm so used to the 'Bad' Good guy these days that his actions just glanced off of me. Jack though.. Jack broke my heart. :(

I went through the same thing! Kerrick grows on you in a weird way, which I suppose is pretty fitting for his abilities... ;)

Hahahha, it's so good I'm not filled with crazy - while I was reading Cinder it distinctly reminded me of Sailor Moon fanfics about Serenity and Endymion! I'm also glad to hear that Cinder continues to be the main character, I'd thought it was switching POV's around for the rest of the tale.

EDIT: It makes even MORE sense when I realize I've even read her fanfics. <3 Yey for making it!

I LOVE this cover (this is the UK one) so much more then the US one. The UK editors also have an animated version of it that they did for her that's cute. :) I've read ALL her books, and while they're all good, Study has always stood out the most to me, and it seems like all her fans like to sweep the 'Glass' spinoff of the Study series under the rug.

oh I'm so glad someone did an early review of this - I was worried it'd be a bit too sci-fi-y for me and that I'd end up not liking it, but it sounds like it's still got plenty of humor and romance. :)
