I've been a fitness fanatic since i can remember and became a personal trainer to keep my fitness cravings in check. Problem is i'm a skinny guy, i mean i've got muscle mass but no where near the amount i need for people to believe what i'm telling them when it comes to gaining muscle. I always said i wanted to get my body where i wanted it to be before i became a personal trainer so people could see that i know what i'm talking about. I bought no nonsense muscle building about six months ago for this reason and put on 5kg in my first two weeks, being a uni student though i found it really hard to stay on top of my food budget. So i thought i would make it so that would no longer be an excuse and i've started saving money for my meal plan when the uni break comes around, it will be 5 months dedicated to muscle building, cannot wait.

Also i play Australian rules football which involves running around 8-9km a game with sprints, tackles, agility balance and coordination all a major part. I purchased TACFIT Commando for this reason when it was released and have been completing my missions and found awesome gains in my functional fitness which is really what i'm about, thats why i really see something special in your maximise your muscle program. It incorporates everything and more that i want in a program. It will not only help me in the gym with inspiring my clients but on the Football field where i coach, play and strive to inspire my younger players to become their physical best so they're ready for what the game throws at them.
