Good essay!

My only critique is that I am not convinced that Green Globe has benefited Huatulco or that Huatulco has benefited Green Globe. Certification without public input, consultation or transparency has limited value. This is why many people are criticizing the Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria as well. http://planeta.wikispaces.com/gstc
