So if Apple sells a lot that means Samsung didn't and they are screwed. And if Apple didn't sell enough that means Samsung did and they will get screwed anyway (Because he will have to stop selling) ?

Apple likes to launch products the day of the annoucement, or a day later (Except for the iPad first generation). But the Ipod touch can't launch before the iPhone 5 because it's a "little" iPhone and that would announce how the next iPhone will look like. So if they want to do an event, the first party will be about the iPhone 5, and next the iPod touch and then the ipod nano (with the camera).

So you compare the iPad and the iPod touch ? It took almost a year to tell people that the iPad is not "just" a big iPod touch . It would make sense if you could drag and drop a sim card inside .
