Chris, to your point, we bought a Blockbuster Video NNN location a few years ago. It was underleased relative to even today's market values and a very pure piece of real estate. We have no problem whatsoever if Blockbuster leaves because we will lease it at a higher rent. It's all about the purity of the real estate.
