There is far more data in the PDF than the Cold Case Posse ever managed to find and explain. And yet, a simple work flow using a Xerox machine, owned by the Whitehouse, explains it all.

No wonder Sheriff Arpaio is still stumbling around in the dark. If people only took a little bit of time to double check the findings and they would come to realize that the workflow indeed, trivially, explains most of the artifacts that were argued to be evidence of forgery.

There is a raised seal, although hard to detect, it can be shown. Again, as I said, all data align.

There is a hidden identifier in the JPEG which can be tracked back to Xerox. It was saved only once after having been opened in preview. Preview removes the Xerox identifier code. It's all easy to repeat and figure it out.

Apple Preview is incredibly aggressive the internal objects and in rewriting and removing metadata.

Yes, because it all matches and the lack of the identifier is easily explained by the fact that the document was opened in preview. I have even shown that the data shows that the document was scanned upside down, which is why the document was opened in preview and rotated.

As to the layers, they trivially happen when you scan from a Xerox workstation and email it, which is the most basic workflow for scanning.

All the evidence and features match with what you see when you scan using a Xerox workflow, even the signature breaking up into a foreground bitmap and a background jpeg. All part of the mixed raster compression technique Xerox uses.

As to the missing feature, you do not need drivers, as the PDF is emailed.

That was a safe prediction. Motion for reconsideration will fail, he tried this already once before. As to consolidation, the court will just get to reject two cases in one cert denial. There is nothing there that suggests the Supreme Court should get involved.

Vogt will soon follow. First a denial to expedite and then no response from government and no request by the court, which is a certain guarantee of being dead listed.

Again, nothing in Vogt that should interest the Supreme Court.

We have seen how these cases have failed to gain any traction ever since it was filed many years ago.

There is nothing there as far as I can tell. But of course, we can always hope for the impossible?

Good luck on that one, but still no relevant information has been presented here.

This is such a non issue. While it may give Strunk an opportunity to voice his conspiracies about the Vatican, the Jesuits etc, he is not getting any closer to President Obama.

Which is why the case is of little interest really. It's a dead end. If Strunk wants to recover damages then by all means let him try. Let me know when he succeeds?
