Totally interesting, and something new to think about.

I have to give an informative speech on something, I just don't know what yet!

The Babushka (I love all things Russian, even if they hate us) Lady looks totally suspicious, someone might think, "OMG (well it's nineteen-sixty, so text-language/ Palinese hasn't been invented yet, but one can dream!), like... what is this... like... lady doing here? She's like... all covered and stuff... like... isn't that suspicious, and stuff? You know?"

Yes, I'm making fun of the way people speak today. It's so sad, I'm reminded of what the old man in Definitely Maybe said while talking about his book, "Words fall out of our mouth, and die at our feet." Sorry if I misquoted, but it's true.

Great List, please keep it up. I'm still looking for something to totally boggle me! =^)

I have a story:

A friend of mine, back in the fifth grade, wore contacts. One day she complained about them travelling to the back of her eye. The next day we all come back, and she said that when she was home, in front of the mirror, she took out the contact (how if it's in the back of your eye?), i quote, "It was all black and stuff! I was like... soooooooooooo scurred." Yes, we used to speak like that in fifth grade. Anyway ,reading this makes me feel much more secure about my contacts! =^)

Second, I do know that Chocolate is a trigger for my acne. So, as much as I would LOVE to believe that it is just a myth, I cannot. Thanks for trying though!

I haven't seen the Godfather/Scarface universe-type movies, are they Good? Maybe it's just me, and I'm not into that genre?

Anyhoosier, I have to agree with numbers 3, 6, and 7.

I would be totally creeped out if Arnold came up to me and asked me a random question... Gives me chills just thinking about it.

I feel a little bit dumb for not having read all of these books. I am a high school student, and, sad to say, I've never heard of any of these books except the Scarlet Letter. It seems almost sad that we students, and sometimes faculty, aren't exposed to literature related to the outside world. I know I sound a bit reclusive, but I live in a small town where people aren't expected to excel, so reading isn't a major recreational activity.

I will say that I am extremely pleased with this site, so far I've spent the past week looking at most of the lists. Please keep them coming, they're all brilliantly compsed (and informative, if I might add!).
