I'm a little surprised to see eZ Publish missing from the list (www.ez.no), it's an amazingly powerful, flexible enterprise class CMS written in PHP. It offers PHP developers something on the "higher end" of CMS development, and has a very novel cascading precedence system that makes re-use for new projects a snap. It's a great tool for digital agency work or tech shops that are looking to re-use bits of functionality across different projects & site builds.
