Just kidding.
"Networking" is sort of a made up word. It has replaced the idea of building relationships in a society that moves so fast that every professional action needs a worthwhile and measurable ROI. A room full of people have an agenda or a specific need, are in great luck. They can get in, exchange what each has to offer, and get out.
But if you have nothing to offer, or if you're not looking for something, then networking can be a slippery slope into the self-destructive "ideas pit" that gets you excited, but diffracts your attention so that you are essentially paralyzed.

I agree that exploitation is one of the major reasons capitalism is in such disgrace.
However, this exploitation is a result of an overvaluation for currency profits. It is an ethical issue that is resolvable through proper education and general upbringing of individuals. It is not a fault in the capitalistic system.
If those same individuals in management gave equal value to the rights of satisfaction and happiness of their employees, the company would still be profitable (a summation of currency and overall satisfaction).

Yes, everything becomes subjective once we've dismissed the absolute premise.
Maybe I should have added "What is close enough and good enough FOR YOU" and "What is enough FOR YOU"
It is up to the individual to make sure that even though there is no absolute best, he/she is still reaching for his/her personal best.

I believe that action is just action. The judgement of that action is subjective and will change with perspective. Since it is inconsistent and there is no absolute method for judging an action, all judgement can be discarded as irrelevant.
This does not stand as justification for conventional wrongdoing, but rather it puts the onus of action on the individual, rather than others outside the individual.
