Mareeeeeeeeena! Fiquei feliz em ver que a linha chegou ao Brasil! Aqui em Londres também é super baratinho. Aqui tem o número 740 ("Coffee Craze"), que é tipo o nude PERFEITO. Aliás, quase - por mim ele poderia ser matte e tal. Mas é um cremosinho confortável, super gostoso de usar. Ele não sai da minha bolsa, é perfeito para toda hora. Como sempre peso mais nos olhos, é do tipo que combina no matter what. Na real achei ele igual ao nude da resenha, só que no acabamento cremoso. Se tiver aí, teste! Tenho teu mesmo tom de pele, dá certin nos lábios. xxx

Mareena, tu já ouviu falar em umas esponjas de limpeza de parede? Elas se chamam "Magic Erasers" ou algo assim, rola de encontrar muito fácil via Internet (compro as minhas na Amazon UK). E são várias marcas e pacotes, não há só uma opção não.

Pesquisando online li sobre o truque detergente + esponja, que é tipo esse truque da pasta de dente só que com o tal do sabão. Minha mãe em casa há anos, enfim, é aquele truque das antigas. Mas essas esponjas são simplesmente tuuuuuudo na vida para paredes brancas! É muito mágico, literalmente! Dá para ver várias demonstrações via YT com "wall + eraser". <3

As minhas paredes aqui nem são 100% brancas, são quase, então se você olhar muito de pertinho vc pode ver a marca nelas - mas é tão discreto que, sinceramente, prefiro isso a ter manchas nas bichinhas. Fica a dica pra ti, já que é bem mais simples que esfregar a parede com pasta e tal. ;) Bj! x

Hey, Elizabeth! I wrote to you a while ago saying I've bought Insanity after reading your review. SUPER happy with it! (:

I just remembered to ask you something: HOW can you work out barefoot (Insanity, I mean)? I actually started doing the same, but it turned out to be such a discomfort, specially because Insanity is hardcore and requires a lot of jumps, side jumps... I've got specific trainers and they really made a difference. I think I became much stronger and resistant during the workouts (I was so lame in the first days haha!)

I wonder if you don't feel even a little bit affected by the absence of trainers? I was surprised to see how they helped me. But you seem super focused no matter what, so I won't be surprised if you say this doesn't bother you at all hahah. ;) x

I just LOVE to know that bike-friendly cities are out there. In Brazil, where I'm from, it's extremely dangerous to bike. It's sad, because many many people would love to give up their cars and transit to bike and exercise. One of my best girlfriends died yesterday (seriously) while riding, ran by a car on her way to a protest. Only 23 years old. I think it will take a long time before we have some kind of structure. :(

Enjoy the fact that you can bike all the time, many people are jealous down South America! xxx

Thanks for the quick reply! Will definitely check the DVDs and see if I'm up to it. Also, I can't help but laugh at what you wrote about alcohol - my husband is a full time bartender and mixo specialist, so you can only imagine that basically all of my outings includes alcohol haha! I can't see how I can change that, so I'm also working on cutting other things, specially meat (because as a brazilian girl, I definitely hate british meat, tastes so different).

I'm looking forward to the diet post, hope it won't take too long! It's sooooo nice to be inspired by a real person. I feel like it's possible, specially because I'm not overweight or in a difficult situation. And yes, feel good about yourself, because you look just awesome now! (: xo

1. How the Insanity thing works, exactly? Do you need to do all of them, just whatever you feel like...? I went to the website you mentioned, and they have Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. I'm soooooo lost... I'm truly interested in purchasing the best option, so I'd like to read your opinion. I want to tone my body and lose 7kg (even tho my weight is perfectly fine to my size, but I used to be much thinner and actually miss that).

2. How about your diet? What you've changed since starting Insanity? Did you quit any specific things!? I'm looking forward to improving my daily diet, but not in a crazy way. Just to avoid certain unhealthy things, you know. ;)

Also, I've been noticing how toned your body is! I remember your bikini post, about loving your body and all that, and UOW! Specially your arms! I like that you look toned right now, not anything crazy. Hope you are satisfied with your looks! Thanks again. xo

Marina, SUPER compartilho. Quando vim morar em Londres, fiquei 100% obcecada por balms e hidratantes corporais. Se não passo aqueeeeeeela camada amiga pós-banho, fico me coçando toda e me sentindo super mal. Tipo, hidratante é O item essencial da minha rotina. Comprei aqui o "Essential Moisture - Daily Body Lotion (normal to dry skin)" da Vaseline e *piro* na parada! Ele é bem denso, mas não tão denso a ponto de você ficar com aquela sensação pesada de produto na mão, sabe? Ele é forte e absorve muito rápido, então é o que ele o que acaba sendo usado que nem água por aqui... Ah, fora o preço, né? Acho que custa umas £4, £5 no máximo.

Imagino que tenha uma versão dos produtos dessa marca no Brasil, ao menos em Brasília tinha! ;)
