What a great idea to being together so many suggestions! It's tough for me to get out on weeknights to the gym or to meet with friends...but Saturday morning coffee with friends is one of my favorite ways to refuel! I also try to take just a little time everyday to myself - a quick workout or a relaxing bath is usually enough to recharge. :)

I definitely understand social awkwardness! This situation is a little different, because people don't know what to say about it. I have a friend who lost her only baby at 6 weeks old. She said she loves to talk about him. When I saw her, she handed me a small photo album and told me all about him. At first I was thrown off balance by it, but once I realized that she was ok and wanted to talk about him, I did too. I love how you share this all so openly and honestly. :)
