I still use all of these ingredients. The stock I stick with kitchen basics because it says gluten free on the box. I can't personally vouch for the cleanliness of ingredients though you will have to be responsible for that research yourself.

I use a pizza stone at the bottom of my oven to regulate my old oven temperature. You might want to try that!
