I see that most have already given all my great tips.. I find that going to the market is a GREAT saver!! Plus the produce has a greater taste than the fruit and veggies that have been in the grocery store for a week or so...

I did make my own bread. That was a help in saving some cash. I make 3 sandwiches a day for my hunnie (2) and myself (1). So we go through bread fast!! I found by making whole wheat bread it was a huge savings.

We spend about $180-$200 for two of us... and its seems to work out well!

I think my decison factor would be does it work and is it worth it or is there something eles I can take for less money and have the same or better results. Some of the ALL IN ONE packet scare me!! I think we should enjoy food as they come... (there are always exceptions)

To be honest... I clicked the video in my reader before I read the post. My roomie and I watched this video and we thought that it would be decent if the 7 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRLS DIDN'T LOOK LIKE SLUTS!!!

This dance video broke my brain!! This could on some level be considered child exploitation!!

Moms... Really you allow this and promote your daughter to present themselves such as this!
