Same thing goes when we get the sign but we\'re not sure how to apply it. Ask for some clarification and you\'ll usually get it. And if not, just do what feels right.

That\'s a good question! My answer is no, I don\'t think so. Spirit guides are operating on a much higher energetic vibration than we are - I don\'t think there are feelings of disgust or frustration on that energetic plane. And also, I suppose when we make \"bad\" decisions, it\'s something that we\'ve agreed to experience in this incarnation (like, if you\'re a drug addict and keep choosing to use, that\'s your path in this lifetime).

Sometimes getting a guide\'s name just downright doesn\'t matter. If your guides are already communicating with you, then you don\'t need names, really. Not unless you reallly want them. Some people\'s guides never give me names. Maybe your team is just like that b/c they know it\'s not important to you. :)

Btw have I told you lately I love your energy? Well, I do. You\'re all kinds of awesome.

Don\'t worry about the meditating part - really! I STILL can\'t really quiet my mind unless I\'m going to do a reading for someone else. OR unless I\'m doing a guided meditation. Have you tried the \"Meet a Guide\" meditation by Jeff Lily on Druid Journal? If you\'re interested, let me know and I\'ll send you the file. :)

Also, have you asked for any guidance before falling asleep through your dreams? Sometimes the best way to get an answer is when your mind IS turned off in your dream-world. Ask your guides for an answer before you fall asleep for the night and see what comes up in your dreams. :)

You just didn\'t have the vocabulary for it! Once you get it (and now you have it), it blows your whole world open. NOW you know you\'re an empath and you can take the steps to protecting your energy and not taking on anyone else\'s stuff! And you can learn to use it to your advantage. :) I\'m here to help you, of course!

Totally agree re: what we DO with it. Your guides can give guidance \'til they\'re blue in the \"face\" but if you don\'t do anything with it, then don\'t expect miracles to happen.
